THE DILEMMA
Many of us have grown tired of poor quality food of questionable origin, significant processing, or saturated with filler and additives. We want to be healthier, feel better, and enjoy our food too! We want to reconnect with local farms or ranches and "KNOW" our "SOURCE".
At the same time, the U.S. is losing small, family legacy farms at an alarming rate. These legacy ranches represent a commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork that is recognized worldwide but is faltering in a David and Goliath matchup against large commercial operations that specialize in volume and developing modified products.

We are attending to every detail to optimize health and flavor. We ship directly from the ranch to you!
